THE COMPASSIONATE, THE MERCIFUL

ALLAH'S GREETINGS BE UPON THE MASTER OF THE ERA,

IMAM MAHDI (PBUH.)

وَمَا كَانَ الْمُؤْمِنُونَ لِيَنفِرُواْ كَآفَّةً فَلَوْلاَ نَفَرَ مِن كُلِّ فِرْقَةٍ مِّنْهُمْ طَآئِفَةٌ لِّيَتَفَقَّهُواْ فِي الدِّينِ وَلِيُنذِرُواْ قَوْمَهُمْ إِذَا رَجَعُواْ إِلَيْهِمْ لَعَلَّهُمْ يَحْذَرُونَ

(سورة التوبة رقم 122) Verse 122, Al Tawba

(The Great Prophet issues a command for Tabook War.To obey him, the believers from all the tribes march forth to fighting field but the Holy Quran orders them to leave at least some people with the Great Prophet in Medina to learn religious points from him. These learned people are those who can instruct their own tribes while the fighters are back, and there is a hope for the fighters and others to learn religion and avoid sin.)

As you see, this verse clarifies the importance of learning, even when in war. It is an important issue, as the obedience is the objective of the creation and Ahl Al Bayt has taught us. that is: The very first step is the understanding about the Almighty Allah.
